No Returns/Exchanges:
As our books are limited-edition publications, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
with photographs of the item and packaging.
Resolution:
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment
method.
